Fix Common Chat Issues
Fix common Rio chat issues: Rio didn't do what you asked, forgot the conversation, a file didn't upload, or voice isn't working.
Chats with Rio usually flow smoothly - but when something feels off, it's usually one of these.
Rio Didn't Do What I Asked
Rio acts on what you literally say. If a request could mean two things, Rio asks a quick question instead of guessing - answer briefly, and Rio continues.
Rio Forgot What We Were Talking About
Rio keeps context within a conversation. If you started a new chat, the earlier context is gone - reopen the older conversation from your history to continue where you left off.
My File Didn't Upload
Very large files can take a moment - try again, and check that Rio confirms receiving it. Then refer to it clearly: "the file I just sent."
Voice Isn't Working
Check that Rio has microphone permission on your device, and try a quieter spot. When all else fails, typing works every time.
Still stuck?
Describe the problem to Rio directly in the chat - it will tell you what it can and can't do.
