Pin the Important Ones
Notes that matter get pinned - they sit at the top of your sidebar under Pinned, while the rest wait below under Others. Today's grocery list? Pin it. It won't sink.
Search Everything
The search bar at the top scans all your notes - type a word, get the note.
Filter by Area or Tag
Every note carries an area - the same areas you know from Tasks. Save a note into an area, or keep it outside all of them - your call. Then filter by area or filter by tag to see exactly the slice you want.
Tip
Areas work best when they match your life: Work, Home, Studies - the same names everywhere, so Tasks and Notes speak one language.

Create a note in Rio from the Notes page, the sidebar, or Today's Quick note panel. Choose grid or list view, colours and tags.

Keep notes in view on Rio's Today page. The Quick note panel shows your notes like sticky notes and creates new ones in one tap.
