Fix Common Reminder Issues

Fix common Rio reminder issues: a reminder that didn't arrive, one skipped by mistake, and checking whether it fired in History.

My Reminder Didn't Arrive

First, check where it was set to arrive - phone or email. Logged in with your phone? It should reach your phone. Then open the History section on the Reminders page and look it up - you'll see exactly what happened: fired, skipped, or cancelled.

I Skipped a Reminder by Mistake

Skipped doesn't mean lost. Open the History section on the Reminders page - the skipped reminder is on record there. Open it and set it back up, or ask Rio to reschedule it.

What Happened to My Reminders?

Every reminder keeps its story in the History section - whether it fired, was skipped, or got cancelled. Whatever happened and when, it's all stored there.

I Want to Stop a Repeating Reminder

Open it and tap Stop repeating - the schedule ends, but the reminder isn't deleted. Or by chat: "Stop the daily medicine reminder."

My Repeating Reminder Stopped Coming

Check the Recurring Reminders list - if it's still there, it may have been set to end on a specific date. Edit its end date to keep it going.

Still stuck?

Ask Rio: "What reminders do I have this week?" - it reads your upcoming list back to you.
