Fix Common Today Issues
Fix common Rio Today issues: a task not showing, a missing event or reminder, and why completed or undated tasks live elsewhere.
Today usually just works - but when something looks missing, it's almost always one of these.
My Task Isn't Showing in Today
Check the task's details:
- Due date - Today shows tasks due today or overdue. A task due Friday stays in its area until Friday.
- Status - completed tasks move to your completed history, not your active list.
- No due date? - tasks without a date live in their areas and the Inbox, not on Today.
My Event Isn't Showing
Check the event's date and time in your Calendar - Today shows only the events scheduled for today.
My Reminder Didn't Appear
Reminders appear in Today on the day they're set for. If one's missing, check its reminder time on the task itself - or ask Rio: "When is my passport reminder?"
A Completed Task Disappeared
That's expected - completing a task moves it off your active list. Your completed history stays recorded in the task's area.
